After Hours Emergency Help – We’re here to help!


The WIN Support team provides after hours support for system down emergencies. Which would be a Voyager module down or the online catalog down.

Please call the WIN Support Desk at 800-388-2008 or 509-313-3876 and press “0”. By pressing “0” after the voice starts this allows you to bypass the entire phone message and be directed to our on-call support person.

If you reach voice mail please leave a message with your name, phone number, location, and a brief description of the emergency issue and the duration of the problem. You’ll be contacted with a follow-up phone call or email.
